RACHEL BELFER, a pre-med student who majored in History, has been awarded the Alpha Zeta Graduate Scholarship for promise in distinction in her chosen profession (medicine). She is also the recipient of the Carl B. Boyer Prize in the History of Science for her essay “Where 'Curiosity' and 'Lawless Devices' Lead: United States Human Experimentation in Guatemala, 1946-1948.”
